Carla Settle serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD since September 2024, following a tenure in the same role at Cedar Hill ISD from July 2020 to September 2024, where Carla also held the position of Executive Director of Business Services. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, earned between 1997 and 2006.
