Samantha Lee Lmsw

Samantha Lee, LMSW, currently serves as Clinical Program Manager at Carrollton Springs since July 2023. Previously, Samantha held the position of Lead Therapist at Changes McKinney from July 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included training new therapists and supervising PRN Therapists, along with serving as an Outpatient PHP/IOP Adolescent/Adult Therapist and Assessment Specialist. Earlier experience includes an inpatient therapist role during an MSW internship at Mesa Springs, where daily group sessions were facilitated using evidence-based practices, and as an Intervention Specialist during a BSW internship at Fort Worth Independent School District. Samantha earned a Master of Social Work from Texas Christian University in 2021, following a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the same institution in 2020.
