Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed psychiatric and chemical dependency facility located on a beautiful campus in Carrollton, Texas. We provide inpatient and outpatient treatment services to adults suffering from the effects of mental illness and/or addiction. We also offer outpatient treatment for adolescents.
