Lauren Baginski

Lauren Baginski is the Director of Consultant Relations at Carrot Fertility, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Aon from August 2013 to February 2022, progressing from Health and Benefits Analyst to Health Solutions Senior Consultant. During time at Aon, significant achievements included fostering relationships to expand the Health Transformation footprint and managing a global wellbeing strategy for a major client. Lauren also served as a project manager for a thought leadership initiative on "Career Wellbeing" and mentored new hires within the Health Transformation Team. Earlier experience includes an administrative internship at Riverview Regional Medical Center and a role as a receptionist at Nancy Taylor Day Spa. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2013.
