Ty-Keyyah Pierce, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ty-Keyyah started their career as an intern at the Hillside Police Department, where they assisted with investigative tasks and observed different patrol and criminal investigation situations. Ty-Keyyah also completed clerical work and observed court hearings and trials.

Following their internship, Ty-Keyyah worked as a Peer Mentor at Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where they supported and encouraged students in their college adjustment and provided guidance and access to resources.

Ty-Keyyah then transitioned to the retail industry, working as an Assistant Manager/Guest Service Agent at European Wax Center. In this role, they ensured the efficiency and customer satisfaction of the guest services team, hired and trained associates, and monitored inventory.

Ty-Keyyah then joined NJM Insurance Group as a Property Damage Claims Representative. Ty-Keyyah'sresponsibilities included collecting information to determine insurance liability, interviewing claimants and witnesses, estimating damage coverage, and calculating payments.

Ty-Keyyah continued their career in the customer service field, working as a Customer Experience Coordinator - Bill Operations at Melio. In this role, they coordinated bill operations and ensured a positive customer experience.

Ty-Keyyah then joined Justworks as an Account Manager, where they managed customer accounts and provided support. Ty-Keyyah later transitioned to a Customer Success Manager role, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Currently, Ty-Keyyah is a Customer Success Manager at Carrot Fertility, where they continue to excel in providing exceptional service and support to customers.

Ty-Keyyah Pierce, M.A. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society at Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Kean University from 2017 to 2020. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in Achieving Peak Productivity from UC Berkeley Executive Education.
