Rachele Elasky

Rachele Elasky is a product manager at Carrot Health, where they have been since January 2020. In their role, Rachele is responsible for maintaining the vision, strategy and roadmap of Carrot Health's MarketView products. This includes acting as the company's subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage products, managing communication and knowledge transfer across all areas of the company, analyzing product utilization trends, and assessing market competitors. Rachele also meets with customers regularly to hear feedback and ensure that their needs are being met. In addition to their product management responsibilities, Rachele also hosts webinars and workshops, creates blogs and white papers, and provides training and resources to Carrot Health's sales and customer teams. Rachele is proficient in Microsoft Office and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).

Rachele Elasky has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and has also studied globalization and trade at ACCENT London Study Abroad.
