Alejandra Orbegoso

Alejandra Orbegoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as People Ops at Carrots Lab since December 2023, previous roles include HR Support at Viatris and Project Manager at Mambo, where significant contributions to cultural and talent strategies were made. Alejandra also held the title of Culture and Talent Manager at Mambo, implementing HR processes and enhancing employee satisfaction through innovative methodologies. Earlier experience encompasses a role as Technical Advisor at GIZ, focusing on water and sanitation projects. Alejandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and has completed additional studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
