Ed Dougherty

VP of Client Success at Carrum Health

Ed Dougherty has an extensive work history, having held various positions since 1995. Ed began their career as an Account Manager at ENTEX Information Services, followed by roles at IBM as a Client Representative, Marketing Manager, and Strategic Inside Sales Representative. In 2005, they joined Virgin Pulse as a Vice President of Client & Member Services and National Account Manager. Ed then moved to Provant Health Solutions as the Vice President of Client Success in 2011. In 2013, they joined Intygral as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Client Success. In 2015, they joined ShapeUp, Inc. as the Vice President of Client Operations, and in 2016 they returned to Virgin Pulse as the Senior Vice President of Client Operations and Vice President of Client Operations. Finally, in 2021, they joined Linus Health as the SVP of Customer Success and in 2022 they joined Carrum Health as the VP of Client Success.

Ed Dougherty completed their MBA at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2000, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University in 1994. Ed also attended Holy Cross High School.
