Justin Stephenson

Justin Stephenson has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Justin began their career at Emmis Interactive in 2001 as a Lead Application Developer, where they designed and developed a custom suite of 13 content management and engagement tools. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Product Designer, where they designed intuitive user experiences and information architecture for major new tools of the BaseStation content management suite and managed substantial rewrites of critical legacy applications. In 2012, they moved to Marketron Interactive as Manager of Product Design, where they managed user experience design and product backlog for a media platform that drives interactive operations for large radio and media clients. In 2016, they joined Cisco as Senior Front End Engineer, where they developed and deployed a solution to enable Cisco's first real personalization campaign using first and third party data sources. In 2021, they began working as a Senior React Engineer at Carrum Health.

Justin Stephenson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Indiana University Bloomington in 1997, followed by a Master of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the same institution in 1998. Justin also holds a certification in MongoDB Developer from MongoDB, Inc.
