Karen Stierley has worked in various roles since 1999. Karen began their career as a Lead Scheduler at Aurora Medical Center, where they scheduled all outpatient hospital procedures on a daily basis. In 2011, they moved to the War Memorial Behavioral Health Center as a Utilization Review Specialist/Receptionist, where they were responsible for running the outpatient psychiatric clinic and all functions of daily operations. In 2020, they joined Walgreens as a Shift Team Lead, where they were part of the Management team and provided exceptional customer service. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Carrum Health as a Patient Care Representative, where they provide exceptional patient care via telephone and other technology.
Karen Stierley received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Silver Lake College in 2003, having started their studies there in 1999.
