Seema Verma

Seema Verma is a healthcare advisor and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Seema has worked with large health systems and national / regional health plans, helping them navigate the challenges brought on by Healthcare Reform. Her primary focus areas have included value-based care models, specifically Bundled Payments. In their previous role as Director of the Corporate Innovations Group at Accretive Health, they were responsible for developing new strategies and initiatives to improve patient engagement and care coordination. Prior to that, they were a Principal at The Parthenon Group, where they advised clients on growth strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and operational improvements. Seema began their career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, before moving into management consulting with Booz & Company. Seema is also a founding member of muvee Technologies, a software company that develops video editing and production technology.

Seema Verma has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
