Amanda Bays

Amanda Bays has extensive work experience in supply chain and materials planning. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Materials Planning & Logistics - Next Generation at Carry-On Trailer. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Eaton where they held various roles including Supply Chain Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, and Materials Supervisor. Amanda also worked as a Continuous Improvement Lead at Eaton for a brief period. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Analyst at Scovill Fasteners and as a Supply Chain Consultant, Master Production Scheduler, and participant in the Operations Leadership Program at Eaton. Amanda began their career as an Illinois EPA Intern at Dynapar Controls.

Amanda Bays completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued their higher education and earned a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2015.
