Souhail Wardi is the Creative Marketing Manager at Carry1st. Prior to this, they were the founder of Pathway Center, Electric Dreams, and Confidential. Souhail has also been the CEO of Mobile Ahli Co. and SWardi Advertising.

Souhail Wardi has dedicated their career to helping others achieve their dreams. Souhail founded Pathway Center in order to help students get into their dream universities with scholarships. Souhail has helped hundreds of students gain admission into prestigious schools such as Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Upen, and Cornell.

In addition to their work with Pathway Center, Souhail has also been instrumental in the expansion of Electric Dreams. Souhail turned the company from a small operation into an international business with three centers in Morocco and one abroad. Souhail has also secured a partnership to open 10 more centers in sub-Saharan Africa over the next two years. Under their leadership, Electric Dreams has grown from a small $45,000 company to its current value of $5 million+.

Most recently, Souhail has taken on the role of Creative Marketing Manager at Carry1st. In this position, they are responsible for the company’s marketing efforts and promotion of its products.

Souhail Wardi is an Economics and Visual Arts major at New York University. Souhail is also a student in the HBX Core Program at Harvard Business School. Souhail has completed A-Levels in Mathematics, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, African Studies from the African Leadership Academy.

Souhail Wardi reports to Lucy Hoffman, Co-Founder, COO. They are on a team with Chris Quaidoo - Content Acquisition Lead, Takunda Mudyiwa - Talent Associate, and Ayotola Sonde - Customer Success Manager.
