Daniel Cuervo

Daniel Cuervo has held various positions in the technology industry since 2007. Daniel began their career as a Practicante at General Electric Healthcare in 2007. Daniel then moved on to become the Director de Proyectos Especiales at Itelca SAS in the same year. In 2012, they became the General Manager at Mapcity.com Colombia SAS. In 2014, they were a Co-founder and Director at MovilTV SAS. Since 2009, they have been the Co-Founder & CEO at Carryt, where they have launched a last mile delivery product in Colombia and Mexico, managed the product development, and grown deliveries by 60% MoM in order to achieve 1.4 M by the end of 2021. Additionally, they are responsible for the overall planning and execution of the business strategy and business alliances, as well as sales responsibilities of 12 million USD.

Daniel Cuervo began their education at Colegio San Carlos. Daniel then attended Universidad de Los Andes from 2002 to 2009, earning an Ingeniero Electrónica e Industrial degree with a focus on Finanzas, Telecomunicaciones, and Calidad. In 2006 and 2007, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. In 2008, they obtained a Green Belt - Six Sigma certification in Análisis y productividad de procesos. In 2010, they earned a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at IE Business School, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
