Will Hacker

Will Hacker is an accomplished Interaction Design Manager at Cars.com, where leadership of a team focuses on experience design and usability for consumer-facing automotive products since July 2015. A published author, Will has written the book "Mobile Prototyping with Axure RP 7" and numerous articles for renowned publications in the field of user experience. Previous roles include Principal Interaction Designer at GE Capital, where user experience for mobile and desktop software was enhanced, and Director of Interface Design and Usability at OfficeMax, managing user experience for significant online sales. Will holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a BA in Journalism and Sociology from Roosevelt University, along with ongoing leadership training at GE Crotonville.
