MOTODYNAMICS SA is the official exclusive distributor for Yamaha Motor Co.  Ltd in Greece, Romania Bulgaria , Moldova and Albania and Porsche AG and SIXT in Greece.
The MOTODYNAMICS tradition dates back to 1969, with the introduction of Yamaha products into Greece by the company then trading as ‘Iliopoulos Bros.’. MOTODYNAMICS has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2005.
Its headquarters are today located in state-of-the-art facilities in Maroussi.

In 2011, MOTODYNAMICS was proud to add Porsche to its commercial operations in the Greek market. Porsche’s legendary shield joined MOTODYNAMICS’s range of products, with all the excitement that only the Porsche brand could possibly create.
Since December 2018, Motodynamics S.A. acquires 80,5% of Lion Rental S.A. and marks a new era for Sixt oriented to continuously improving its services and re-positioning it on the market.
The organisational structure of MOTODYNAMICS has four commercial divisions: Yamaha, Porsche, Sixt and Motodiktio/Motodirect. The structure is completed by the four support divisions of Finance, IT  Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.
Motodynamics will continue to lead in the movement sector, following all contemporary trends.

The Finance and Accounting team at Motodynamics is responsible for managing the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as handling accounting functions and ensuring effective tax management. The team also plays a crucial role in conducting audits and analyzing pricing strategies to support the company's diverse commercial divisions, ultimately contributing to informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
