Mohammad Sohail

Mohammad Sohail is the current Treasury Head at CARS24. Mohammad has over 5 years of experience in treasury and investment management. Prior to joining CARS24, Mohammad worked as a Manager - Treasury & Investments at RAK Properties from August 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for cash flow forecasting and analysis, banking relationship management, fund raising and loan restructuring, treasury operations, investment management, and risk management. Mohammad also prepared regular reports and presentations on cash flows and budget updates for management.

Before joining RAK Properties, Mohammad worked as an Asst Manager - Treasury & Analytics at Baniyas Investment and Development Company L.L.C. from February 2016 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for group cash flow preparation and analysis, treasury operations, budgeting and reporting, and feasibility analysis. Mohammad successfully completed feasibility analysis on various real estate projects including schools, residential apartments, and villas.

Mohammad Sohail has a 5 Yr Integrated Masters of Science in Mathematics & Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Mohammad is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and General from the CFA Institute. Mohammad also has a certification from the Association for Financial Professionals in Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
