Ruchit

Ruchit is currently working as anything and everything at CARS24. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2014 to July 2015. From May 2010 to June 2014, they were also a Vice President at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they advised clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, follow-on equity, convertible, debt origination and syndication (bank, investment-grade and high-yield) and leveraged recapitalizations. From June 2009 to May 2010, Ruchit was an Associate, Corporate Finance at Aetna where they evaluated capital markets transactions including hybrids, convertibles, straight debt and swaps to maintain financial strength, flexibility and adequate funding of the company. Ruchit also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Bank of America from June 2008 to August 2008 and as an Analyst / Consultant at Infosys Technologies Ltd from November 2004 to May 2007. Ruchit began their career as an Article at M/S Virendra Jumsarp & DK Bansal, Chartered Accountants from July 2001 to October 2004.

Ruchit completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cornell University and their MBA in Finance at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Ruchit also has a finance degree from the CFA Institute, USA and is an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Ruchit also has a Master of Commerce (MCOM) in Finance from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University. Ruchit is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
