Maria Cuartas

Maria Cuartas has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Maria started their career as an Account Executive at Direct Capital in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Maria then joined Priority Capital Partners, Inc. as a Credit Manager, where they improved operational efficiencies and developed training sessions to increase approval rates for loan packages. Maria joined Lulu in the Grove in 2010 as a Hospitality Trainer, utilizing their industry knowledge to develop and train employees. At Instacart, they worked as a Trainer, providing instruction to newly hired employees and implementing social learning components in their training approach. Currently, Maria works at CarSaver as a Dealer Enrolment Manager for the Northeast Region and also holds the role of Nissan eCommerce Digital Retail Platform Sales Manager.

Maria Cuartas obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida International University in 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Coaching and Developing Employees, Measuring Learning Effectiveness, The Digital Transformation of Learning, Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity, and The Neuroscience of Learning. These certifications were obtained in November and December of 2018.
