Kirk Schrader

Kirk Schrader has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as President and previously as VP of Personnel and Culture Development at CarShop US since April 2003. In these roles, Kirk is responsible for creating and executing strategic hiring and recruitment plans, focusing on management development and succession planning to support company expansion. Prior to this, Kirk was VP/General Manager and General Sales Manager at CarShop US, overseeing daily operations and aligning store performance with company culture. Earlier positions include General Sales Manager at Tri County Toyota and McNamara Subaru, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales teams and training initiatives. Kirk's career began at Marchese/Sport Honda as F&I Manager and Sales Manager.
