Janet Anderson

Janet Anderson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the operations and client services divisions of several companies. From 1994 to 2004, they served as the Director of Client Services at West Interactive Corporation, where they managed client services personnel for Fortune 500 clients in the Wireless, Media, and Entertainment industry. From 2004 to 2012, they held the position of Vice President of Client Operations at West Business Solutions Division. In 2013, they became the Senior Vice President of Client Operations in the Account Services Division at West Corporation. Janet then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations in the Revenue Generation Division at West Corporation from 2017 to 2019. Janet is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate & Retail Operations at Carson Group.

Janet Anderson attended the Women's Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2011.
