Jen Abboud-Smith has held various roles in the field of marketing and digital strategy. Jen Abboud-Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Eastern University from 2000 to 2004. Jen then pursued a Certificate in Web Development from Delaware County Community College between 2005 and 2006. Later, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Penn State University from 2007 to 2011. Additional certifications include a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in August 2020, as well as various marketing and coaching certifications obtained from platforms such as LinkedIn and Coursera, with the most recent certification expected in 2024 from Peking University in Chinese for HSK 3 PART I.
