Norie Rich has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Human Resources Manager at Kirkham Michael from 2014 to 2018 and as an HR Specialist at Children's Square USA from 2003 to 2011. They later held positions including HR Generalist at Bellevue University (2011-2014) and Sr. HR Advisor at First National Bank of Omaha (2016-2020).
