Elizabeth Driscoll is an experienced construction and operations professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Carson Power since December 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Engineering and Construction at Advanced Power from January 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating project schedules, budgets, and compliance. Earlier experiences include key roles at Borrego Solar, RGS Energy, J. Sallese & Sons, Inc., and Gilbane Building Company, with a focus on project management and estimation. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from California State University, Northridge.
