Elaine Truitt

Elaine Truitt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elaine began their career at Royal Oaks Community, where they held the position of Administrator, Communications, and Program Director from 1998 to 2003. Elaine then joined Portland Foursquare as the Communications Director & Department Director, where they worked from 2003 to 2011. Elaine then moved to Merchants Exchange of Portland, serving as the Program Manager for Shipboard Firefighting & Communications from 2012 to 2013. Elaine then joined Columbia River Pilots as the Business Operations Manager, working from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Elaine holds multiple roles at Carson Team, including Sr. Director of Business Operations and Project Manager, having joined the company in 2016. Their responsibilities at Carson Team have included leadership in the implementation of electronics in rolling assets, integration of software systems and ERP APIs, bridging departments, IT, Accounting, and Operations, and supporting software implementations. Elaine has also been a key player in the integration of new acquisitions and special projects.

Elaine Truitt completed their education with a degree in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education from Life Pacific University from 1989 to 1991.
