Rob Ellison has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Rob started their career as a District Operations Manager at Sensormatic Electronics, where they led a team of field service professionals. Rob then moved on to SAVVIS, where they held several roles including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Client Solutions Sales & Support, Director of SMB Sales & Corporate Sales Programs, Vice President of Sales and Support, and Vice President of Client Loyalty. At SAVVIS, they played a key role in increasing customer loyalty, improving internal processes, and achieving sales quotas. Rob later worked at Chesapeake Partners as a Management Consultant, focusing on developing new channel sales for XO Communications. Following that, they joined iCore Networks as the Vice President of Client Services, where they successfully led the company to positive growth in customer licenses, revenue, and contracts. Rob also worked as the Director of Account Management at CARFAX, where they helped set up and support service data, communicated the value of CARFAX offerings, and supported the myCARFAX Program. Currently, they serve as the Business Operations Director at CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts.
Rob Ellison's education history includes studying Strategic Organizational Leadership at Villanova University. Rob also pursued Business Administration at Strayer University. Additionally, they received training in Telecommunications Security at the US Navy's Service School Command. In terms of certifications, Rob obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from The Performance Institute in February 2010 and became a Certified Net Promoter Associate through Satmetrix in June 2008.
