Osama Alaa has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. osama began as a Data Entry & Customer Services at Alexandria New Medical Centre (ANMC) in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Debt Collector at Al Wasl International Group and as a Customer Service at Kheir Zaman (Mansour Group). From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Call Center Representative at Cupola Teleservices (CTS) and is currently a Senior Sales Representative at CarSwitch.

Osama Alaa completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Alexandria University between 2014 and 2017.
