Michael Collins

Michael Collins is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Cart.com. They previously served as General Counsel at Tritium and held various senior legal positions, including Vice President of Corporate, Securities & Compliance at ON Semiconductor and Deputy General Counsel at ION Geophysical. Collins began their legal career as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig and later became a Senior Associate at Vinson and Elkins. They earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law.
