Alec Huang

Alec Huang is an experienced account executive at Carta, a company that supports over half of venture-backed startups and manages funds for 2,000+ VCs. In this role since July 2021, Alec assists venture capitalists in forming and managing their investment funds. Prior to this position, Alec served as a Software Developer at alec-huang-labs and worked as an Audit and Valuations Associate at KPMG, where responsibilities included ASC 820 & 409A valuation models and portfolio company audits. Alec also interned at NB Group Investors LLC, focusing on deal sourcing for the private equity firm. Alec holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Art History from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2020, and completed high school at St. Andrew's School in 2016.
