Carina Haghighi

Carina Haghighi currently occupies a role in Venture Capital Sales at Carta since May 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Verkada as an Associate Recruiter II and Associate Recruiter from August 2022 to May 2023, and as a Peer Prevention Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley from November 2021 to June 2022, where collaboration with over 1,400 student organizations focused on developing sexual violence and harassment prevention initiatives. Carina also served as an Associate Consultant at BEACN from August 2020 to September 2021, utilizing policy expertise and data analytics to promote clean mobility in the Bay Area through extensive research reports. Earlier experience includes a student internship at the YMCA of the USA from June 2015 to August 2018, assisting in document organization and event planning. Carina holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has additional educational experience at the Goldman School of Public Policy and The Institute for Study Abroad.
