Chase Steer

Chase Steer is an Associate Fund Controller at Carta, a position held since November 2021, after serving as a Senior Fund Associate. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Standish Management, LLC, from July 2020 to November 2021, and an internship at the same company in 2019. Chase has expertise in analyzing fund transactions and constructing financial models for private equity and venture capital clients, including IRR models, NAV models, carry allocations, and financial statements, while managing cross-functional teams across various client engagements. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Middlesex School, earned in 2016.
