Emil Kirschner

Emil Kirschner is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Lead Architect for L.P. Portfolio Analytics at Carta since September 2025. Previously, Emil held the position of Lead Architect and Director of Engineering at Accelex from September 2022 to October 2025 and worked as Lead Architect at LiquidShare from August 2018 to September 2022, where significant contributions were made in developing a cloud-native, blockchain-based post-trade financial services platform. Emil's extensive experience also includes a Software Architect role at Calypso Technology from November 2007 to July 2018, focusing on cloud technology and software development best practices, as well as previous positions at Horizon Software, Prima Solutions, and Reef, where Emil designed and developed various financial and insurance software solutions. Emil holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Facultatea de Economie si Administrarea Afacerilor and a Baccalaureate in Mathematics and Physics from Liceul Fratii Buzesti, Craiova.
