Erin Boehmer

Erin Boehmer is an accomplished data platform engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and data science. Currently engaged as a Staff Data Platform Engineer at Equilibrium Energy since June 2024, Erin previously contributed to Carta from February 2019, holding various positions including Staff ML and Data Platform Engineer and Senior ML Engineer, where significant achievements included leading the design of internal ML platforms and developing data pipelines for annual reporting. Prior experience includes leading the Data Team at Fenix International, where Erin directed the creation of data products and developed predictive models for credit strategies. Earlier roles with the United States Department of Defense involved software development for real-time decision-making, while an internship at WillowTree Apps, Inc. focused on mobile app development. Educational credentials include a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a double major in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
