Erin Sheridan

Erin Sheridan is a seasoned professional in customer success with substantial experience at Carta since September 2016, where roles have included Senior Manager for Customer Success in both Private Equity and HCLS, as well as Manager and Customer Success Manager. Erin effectively manages a portfolio of over 900 clients, driving upsell revenue and contract renewals while collaborating with various teams to enhance client experiences. Previous experience includes partnerships account management, internships with the City of San José and Superior Court of Santa Clara County, and coaching at Sacred Heart Preparatory.
