Jake Saylor

Jake Saylor is a QA Analyst I at Carta since June 2021, where responsibilities include manual testing of software releases, maintaining test cases, facilitating bug analysis meetings, and enhancing bug collection through JIRA Service Desk. Previously, as a Support Analyst II at Carta, Jake collaborated with product teams, communicated with customers, and trained new hires on software. Jake's experience also includes working as an A/V Technician at Brigham Young University, supervising production teams, and resolving technical issues, as well as an On-Campus Intern at Bear Country Bees, where research and implementation of CRM systems were conducted. Jake began a volunteer role with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, mentoring numerous volunteers. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
