Janelle Waters

Janelle Waters currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CFO at Carta, where responsibilities include overseeing the investor relations efforts and supporting the broader General Administration organization since October 2020. Prior to this role, Janelle held various positions at NepFin, including Director of Strategic Finance and Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, following the company's acquisition by Zilch. Earlier experience at PwC included the role of Finance and Business Operations Lead. Janelle holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Accounting, as well as Religious Studies, from UC Santa Barbara.
