Jomarys Mirabal

Jomarys Mirabal, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Fund Administration at Carta, with previous roles including Manager, Fund Controller, Associate Fund Controller, and Senior Fund Accountant. Prior to joining Carta in February 2021, Jomarys worked at Broadscope Fund Administrators from November 2017 to February 2021, advancing from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant. The career began at Accurate Box Company as a Staff Accountant and Accounting Intern from October 2015 to November 2017. Jomarys holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Montclair State University, earned in December 2021, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution, obtained in 2017.
