Josephine Koh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operational leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Carta since June 2021, Josephine oversees financial advisory delivery, customer success, and business development in the APAC and Middle East regions. Prior to this role, Josephine was the Chief Operating Officer at Insignia Ventures Partners, actively involved in launching the organization in 2017 and managing institutionalization, fund structuring, fundraising, and investor relations. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Citco Fund Services, and holding various positions at Citibank N.A., where Josephine developed expertise in fund accounting. Josephine holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London (SIM) and an education from Nanyang Polytechnic.
