Kathleen Meil

Kathleen Meil is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the tech and operations sectors. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Carta since September 2021, Kathleen focuses on the venture capital business. Previously, at Zenefits, Kathleen held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Product Operations and Director of Product Program Management, where Kathleen was instrumental in driving results through R&D practices and managing complex internal processes. Kathleen also co-founded and served as COO at HelloCar and held various roles at Groupon, where significant contributions included managing international tools and refining operational processes. Earlier experience includes quality management at MRT Babbletype and customer-facing roles in fine dining. Kathleen holds a BA from the University of Chicago and has furthered their education at The Starter League.
