Kristoffer Warren

Kristoffer Warren, CAIA, has extensive experience in valuations and financial analysis, currently serving as a Technical Senior Manager at Carta since October 2017, progressing through various roles including Technical Manager and Senior Associate. Prior experience includes an Angel Investment Internship at the Alliance of Angels, where participation in due diligence for early-stage financings was key, and an Audit Internship at the Washington State Auditor's Office, which involved executing a variety of financial audits. Kristoffer also co-established a Southeast Asian Venture Capital Fund during an internship at Energy Transition Partners and honed communication skills through a Writing Consultant role at the University of Washington Bothell. Kristoffer holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Washington Bothell.
