Lance W.

Lance W. is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as a Senior Analytics Engineer II at Carta since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at Billie from June 2020 to September 2025, including Director of Analytics Engineering, Analytics Engineering Lead, Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering, and Analytics Engineer. Additionally, Lance worked as a Data Scientist at OMD USA from September 2018 to June 2020, and briefly at Metis in early 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Yieldbot from 2016 to 2018 and as a Consultant at Mastercard from 2014 to 2016. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and is an alumnus of Stuyvesant High School.
