Patricia Escobar

Patricia Escobar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, culinary arts, and hospitality. Currently serving as Implementations Project Manager II at Carta since April 2022, Patricia has progressively advanced from Support Analyst I to Support Analyst II in the same organization. Prior to Carta, Patricia owned and managed Toasty Café e Confeitaria from September 2018 to April 2022 and held the position of Administrative Manager at VIP DESPACHOS from May 2014 to June 2018, overseeing administrative and financial activities. Additionally, Patricia has significant culinary experience, starting as a pastry aide in Julice Boulangere, later becoming a third chef at The Lodge - Virgin Limited Edition and a cover chef at Kasbah Tamadot. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, a graduate degree in Administration and Business from Centro Universitário Senac, and an Advanced Diploma in Culinary, Pastry, and Chocolate Arts from DCT University Center.
