Robert Gibson, CAIA, currently serves as Senior Director of Sales-Private Equity at Carta since December 2023. Previously, Robert held multiple senior sales roles at Preqin from January 2013 to December 2023, including Senior Vice President of West Coast Sales and Head of Business Development for US Hedge Funds. Robert implemented a consultative sales approach, leading a team of over 20 individuals to enhance relationships with various clients, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. Earlier in the career, Robert worked as a Trader at T3 Trading Group, LLC, where trading strategies were developed through technical analysis. Educationally, Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Finance and Economics from Stony Brook University.
