Samantha Jaeger

Samantha Jaeger is the Head of Data Science & Analytics at Carta since June 2022, previously serving as Data Science Manager. Prior to Carta, Samantha held the position of Senior Manager and Lead Data Scientist at Healthfirst from November 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, Samantha's tenure at Teach For America spanned from June 2010 to August 2018, where roles included Managing Director/Director of People Data & Analytics, Director of Strategy - Admissions, Manager of Recruitment Acquisitions, and Associate in Recruitment. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University and furthered education with a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity.
