Tess Davis is currently the Director of Operations & Brand in the CEO office at Carta. Previously, they served as Chief of Staff for the Founder & Managing Partner of Clocktower Group and held various roles at BlackRock, including Director of Brand Strategy & Activation and Vice President of Marketing Operations. They have a background in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University, where they graduated in 2013.
