Zach Hartshorne

Zach Hartshorne, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Fund Controller at Carta since September 2019, leading a team in fund administration for venture capital firms and overseeing auditing, tax cycles, and client relationships. Prior to Carta, Zach was a Senior Fund Accountant at BNP Paribas, where responsibilities included calculating NAVs and managing relationships with investment managers, as well as providing regulatory reporting support. Zach's earlier experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan, SEI, Beermill Inc., and Communications Test Design Inc., where various operational and financial responsibilities were handled. Zach holds an MBA and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
