Josh Lampen

Josh Lampen is a technology professional and co-founder serving as the CTO at Cartage AI since January 2024. Prior experience includes a software developer role at Together Software from July 2023 to February 2024 and multiple positions at Rose Rocket from September 2020 to June 2023, progressing from junior to intermediate software developer. Contributions to Lighthouse Labs include evaluating project submissions as a project evaluator and mentoring students as an apprentice mentor. Prior to the tech sector, Josh held analytical and consulting roles at Hugessen Consulting Inc. and Queen's Business Consulting, as well as coordinating fundraising events at Commerce Kids. Josh Lampen's educational background features a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from Queen's University and an International Baccalaureate from Meadowridge School.
