Tinneke Baeyens

Tinneke Baeyens is a senior legal counsel with people management experience. Tinneke has worked in various companies such as Cartamundi, EG Group, Delek Europe, and Allen & Overy in roles ranging from Manager Legal to Group General Counsel. Baeyens has a strong background in handling litigation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiations of various commercial contracts. Tinneke's expertise lies in advising management on strategic and day-to-day legal matters, as well as driving corporate restructurings. Tinneke holds a degree from KU Leuven and has also studied at the University of East Anglia and Sint-Jozefcollege Turnhout.
