Tom Verheyen

Tom Verheyen is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering with significant experience in research and development. At Cartamundi since March 2021, Tom serves as Senior Project Manager in the Global R&D Center, focusing on innovative and digitized production solutions, closely collaborating with global R&D teams. Prior to this role, Tom was a Print Process Architect at Luxexcel NV from August 2016 to March 2021, emphasizing the application of physics in technology for revolutionary applications. Tom began their career at Philips, undertaking various roles including Mechatronics Integrator and Process Developer, contributing to high-tech and medical projects, and ensuring process development across multiple fields. Tom holds a Master of Industrial Science in Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and additional educational background from the University of Antwerp and Mariagaarde Instituut Westmalle.
