Felipe Duarte

Felipe Duarte is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Planning & Expansion and previously as Superintendent of Strategic Planning & Pricing at Cartão Elo since January 2022, Felipe has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior to this, Felipe held multiple roles at Bain & Company from July 2016 to December 2021, including Senior Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams, implementing customer experience programs, consolidating merger plans, and developing national expansion strategies for a major retailer. Additional experience includes roles at Mattel, Inc., Itaú Unibanco, and a strong educational background with an MBA from the University of Michigan and another from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Felipe also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
